I am deeply honoured to serve as the Headmistress of PM SHRI Government High School, Morpirla, and I feel immensely proud to share that I was conferred the National Award for Best Teacher in the year 2022. This recognition is not just a personal achievement but a tribute to the collective efforts of my dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and the unwavering support of parents and the community”. It brings me great joy that my work towards the education and empowerment of tribal students has been recognized at the national level. Over the years, I have introduced several innovative teaching practices to make learning engaging and accessible for all students, especially first-generation learners. These initiatives include remote learning, online classes, house visits, a mobile library, art-integrated learning, and peer-to-peer learning, all of which have helped create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
